The BUEPL Center for Applied Economics - "BaltEcon" - was established to build and foster collaboration that leads to sustainable economic and social development, prosperity and increased safety in communities at home and abroad through research, education and innovation. BaltEcon's work integrates information and communication technology to the fullest in all of its projects and initiatives.

Challenges that we are facing today as a global community are complex and can be overcome only through collaboration of individuals, organizations and communities. Therefore, we invest our knowledge and resources into projects and ideas that, in our opinion, would help create new and improve existing collaborations.

BaltEcon staff has considerable expertise in full life cycle business development, project implementation and project management for a rante of domestic and international donors. Expertise includes technical and cost proposal development, project accounting and financial management support, contractual management of development projects, risk mitigation, and project operational support.
